Can I only use salicylic acid and moisturizer as my skincare routine?

I felt like I have not washed well BC I'm also use to the foaming cleanser...but I BELEIVE it will work...😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Started yesterday 😂😂😂😂😂

As a result of city pollution and harsh sunlight, my skin became dull and got dark spots even though I tried many home remedies. My colleague suggested trying littleextera rice berry face serum. I noticed you didn't apply sunscreen on your eyelid. I do and get watery eyes, but I thought I have to apply on the eye lid as well

i want to use the salicylic acid anhydrous 2% from the ordinary (because i have dry skin and regular salicylic works best on oily) so it doesn’t contain any water. would i still put it before the hyaluronic acid ? i use the one from the ordinary. i also use niacinamide too but im not sure how to use it with the salicylic acid
